 I have been a nurse practitioner for 30 years in Primary Care and enjoy working with my patients to achieve their health goals.  I am a Veteran of the US Army where I served as a Medic and then as a Nurse and Nurse Practitioner.  
Hi, I’m Kristen, a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP-C) dedicated to delivering high-quality, patient-centered healthcare. With more than 15 years of clinical experience, including extensive work in family practice and critical care, I bring a strong foundation of knowledge, clinical skill, and compassion to every patient interaction. My approach to healthcare is built on a simple philosophy: patients deserve to feel heard, respected, and empowered in their care. I believe the best outcomes come from combining evidence-based medicine with personalized attention, clear communication, and strong provider-patient relationships. As a provider, my goal is to create a healthcare experience where patients feel confident, supported, and actively involved in their health journey.
